Reformer Pilates, Green Juice + R&B (in-person)
Welcome to the She Bytes Back x Pilates & Pours Wellness Event!
We’re taking over the iconic Avalon Pilates Studio in Earlsfield for an afternoon that’s all about movement, connection, and feel-good vibes.
Expect a 45-minute reformer pilates session to stretch you out, fire you up, and leave you walking taller (and with more confidence). Then we’re pouring green juice, hyping each other up, and making new friends who get it.
Whether you’ve never touched a reformer or you’re basically an instructor at this point, this is your space to show up, glow up, and maybe leave with a new bestie (or biz collab 👀).
Move. Sip. Connect. Repeat.

Navigating imposter syndrome, tokenism, and working environments (online)
Do you find yourself overworking in an attempt to mitigate feelings of unworthiness?
Many high achievers experience imposter syndrome which is the notion that some individuals feel as if they ended up in esteemed roles and positions not because of their competencies, but because of some oversight or stroke of luck.
That being said, in the article “Stop telling women they have imposter syndrome”, the authors write that imposter syndrome puts the blame on individuals, without accounting for the historical and cultural contexts that are foundational to how it manifests in both women of colour and white women. We will be exploring imposter syndrome with an intersectional lens.
Your host, Amber Shand, will be breaking down her LIFT framework, where we will:
Learn how the history of imposter syndrome and delve into the 6 ways it can show up
Differentiate between systemic challenges vs individual
Bring awareness to limiting beliefs and how to intervene with them
Learn to use compassion in the face of self-doubt and unworthiness

Opportunity mindset: build doors, not walls (online)
Let's flip the switch from thinking that life happens to us, to it happening for us. I'm claiming that 2024 is the year that we embrace taking bold action, be in the drivers seat of our own lives, and lean into community for support.
Your host, Amber Shand, will be breaking down her BRAVE framework, where we will:
Tap into what is holding us back from being bold, whether that's fear of failure, perfectionism, rejection
Build a toolkit to develop resilience and bounce back from setbacks
Dive in inspirational stories and practical tips to build an opportunity mindset and be proactive in creating opportunities for ourselves
Explore our personal values so that we stay on track
Learn to use kindness and compassion as a motivational force
If you're ready to leave feeling motivated, unstoppable, and with a toolkit to make it all happen - sign up now!

Fearless goal setting: progress over perfection (online)
Yes, it’s that time of the year where we tend to reflect on our goals and what we want to achieve for the new year. If you’re anything like me, you may tend to have an overwhelming list of goals in a bid to overhaul your life and then progressively lose momentum as time goes on.
However, this year will be different. During this webinar, you’ll build your own personal toolkit to:
Acknowledge and confront the fears and self-doubt that may hinder goal-setting.
Set sustainable goals that align with your values and time commitments to avoid burnout.
Reframe the way we see failure into being our greatest learning lesson.
Accept that progress is not always linear, and results may not be immediate.
You'll leave feeling supercharged and ready to go with the tools needed to make your dreams a reality! So block out your calendar for Tuesday 30th January at 6:30pm for a webinar that will be a great start to kick off the year to!
